  1/8 Teaspoon Dried Basil
1/2 Cup Dry Red Wine
2 Tablespoons Parsley finely chopped
3 1/2 Pounds Beef Roast
10 3/4 Ounces Vegetable Soup Mix undiluted           

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F Grease 9x5 loaf pan Mix together wet ingredients with dry ones mix until well blended.

2. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
